Providing care within a Long-Term care setting

ABOUT US
We have been providing Nursing care within the Long-Term Care setting for many years, always implementing a Holistic approach to ensure all of our clients receive optimal care. Each of our Registered nurses is Infection Preventionist Certified by the CDC ensuring your facility and staff are educated and your clients protected when infection control is deemed necessary post-Covid.
Services
Our services include providing your facility with an experienced floor nurse, or an experienced Unit manager, or a Certified Infection prevention RN.

Floor Nurse
Registered nurses usually oversee the work of the CNA and LVN/LPN, but all the positions work together to best manage individual care for each patient. RNs in a nursing home perform many of the same duties as they do in the hospital setting, including taking vital signs, giving medications, performing assessments, and overseeing patient treatment plans.

Unit Manager
Unit Managers are primarily responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care, supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within a long-term care center, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community. Unit Managers are required to be dependable and personable liaisons between residents and their families. Unit Managers are tasked with ensuring their unit complies with federal and state regulatory standards, and follows company policies and procedures

Infection Prevention RN
Infection prevention and control affect all aspects of health care, including hand hygiene, surgical site infections, injection safety, antimicrobial resistance, and how LTC facilities operate during and outside of post covid infection prevention. Programs to support Infection preventionist are important in preventing infections and tracking infections within a facility.
